2014 Culinaria Wine Dinner at Cured

2014 Culinaria Wine at Cured

In honor of the 2015 Culinaria Festival Week starting tomorrow with the wine dinners, here’s a throwback to last year’s amazing dinner with Chef Steve McHugh at his amazing Cured restaurant. Pairings were made with Duchman Winery (who I enjoyed at Luke San Antonio, in 2013.)

ABOUT THE PROJECT

San Antonio’s finest chefs craft exquisite menus perfectly paired with wine for an intimate dinner out on the town. Seize the opportunity to gather and dine with these esteemed guests. This dining experience is one you won’t want to miss.

The Cupcake Vineyards truck will even make an appearance in Southerleigh’s beer garden.
The evening will start with a Chefs Hor d’oeuvres Reception paired with Cupcake Prosecco and will continue with six courses that feature items such as Mesquite Grilled/Butter Poached Snapper Collars paired with Cupcake Sauvignon Blanc and Long Cook Peaceful Pork Shanks paired with Cupcake Merloty. But as they say, guests must always save room for dessert, and this Cupcake Wine Dinner is no exception — the sixth course on the menu is a Cinnamon Croissant Bread Pudding.
